Louella Kennedy's Artichoke Rice Salad

3 cups Cooked Rice

12 oz Artichoke Hearts & Juice

1 can Sliced Olives

1 cup Sliced Celery

½ cup Chopped Green Onions

1 large Green Pepper – chopped

1 handful of Almonds or Cashews

Mix all this up with Mayonnaise to taste

Chill and Serve.
