Friday, October 3rd:
Check in, Holiday Inn Express
6:30 pm: Dinner at The Van's, a popular, fine restaurant in a historic building from the 1915 Pan Pacific Fair.
Choice of entrees: filet medallion, red snapper Pompei, chicken saute sec, blackened chicken Caesar salad (served with clam chowder in lieu of salad), vegetarian linguini primavera; all served with salad of assorted greens, side dishes, fresh sourdough bread, coffee and ice cream. No advance selection of entree needed. (Note: great views of SF Bay, too!)

Saturday, October 4th
Buffet breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express

9:15 am Dr. Mark Still, Professor of History, College of San Mateo, speaking on "The Bay Area as the Willards Found It in the Mid-Nineteenth Century."

10: 30 am Karen Willard, Willard Genealogist and Willard Family Association board member, "Genealogy of Willards in the Bay Area."

Noon: Gourmet buffet lunch, served at the Holiday Inn Express, catered by Erik's DeliCafe: petite quiches, chicken drumettes, meatballs, spinach dip tray, fresh vegetable tray with dip, "wagon wheel" sandwiches (turkey, ham, veggies), assorted deluxe sandwiches (various combinations of turkey breast, ham, pastrami avocado, cheeses on sour dough or nine-grain wheat bread), fruit salad, green salad, and assorted cookies: brownies, chocolate chip, and peanut butter. Soft drinks as well as the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available all day in the hotel.

2:00 pm Car pool to Hiller Aviation Museum, San Carlos, for presentation to the Museum Archives of aviation materials related to pioneer aviator Charlie Willard (subject of the 2001 Reunion in Dominguez Hills). Visit to the museum.

Dinner, on your own. A time to socialize with cousins. A list of local restaurants will be provided when you check in.

Sunday, October 5th
Breakfast buffet at the Holiday Inn Express, followed by a brief business meeting.
